Located at the intersection of Constant Spring Rd, Half Way Tree Rd, Hope Road and Hagley Park Road. Built in 1913 with victorian architecture. The clock engine was replaced with an electric movement in 2003. The Bureau of Standards of Jamaica maintains the clock.
There is a stone bust on the West side entitled “King Edward VII The Peacemaker”. The tower measures 7′-8″ square at the base, aproximately 33 feet overall height. N 18.01066° W 76.79752°, Elevation 17 meters.
